PROPERTIES
These proteins are all purified from their natural sources - COLD OCEAN TELEOST FISH.
Our antifreeze proteins are sold in dry form following purification
The proteins should be STORED AT TEMPERATURES OF -20 DEGREES CELSIUS OR LOWER.
They should be kept in a dry environment ie. vials should be stored over desiccant in a closed container.
If stored correctly, the proteins have a shelf life of AT LEAST 4 YEARS.
THE PROTEINS ARE SOLUBLE IN MOST AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS UP TO CONCENTRATIONS OF 20 mg/ml.
